What I Ate Out of Tupperware Wednesday.
What, doesn’t quite have the same ring to it?
Ah, well. That’s ok – we’ll just love our veggies instead.
Yesterday was one of those ‘leave the house at 7 am, get home at 9 pm’ sort of days. I was at school all day yesterday, most of which was marking. 7 STRAIGHT HOURS. Theory exams. My brain is pretty much dead today.
I also have so much more sympathy for professors and teachers now. That shit is not fun.
Buuut what did I eat throughout the day?
Greek yogurt with protein powder, a sliced banana, and a squeeze packet of Dark Chocolate Dreams.
Spinach, a mix of butternut and kabocha, dressing, and two hard boiled eggs.
And then snacking my way through the afternoon and dinner began:
One of Amanda’s double chocolate muffins….

And half of a somewhat smashed avocado, eaten on the bus for dinner on the ride home.
After the day I had, I definitely needed some chocolate when I got home.
Amanda’s Double Chocolate Mug Cake (jeeze, you’d think I was friends with the girl or something. Two of her recipes in one day). Extra chocolate chips (chunks), because double chocolate wasn’t quite going to cut it. Also, chocolate chunks > chocolate chips. And even more addictive.
I’m usually more of a square-meal person, but sometimes it’s fun to just snack through the day.
